Yes! On the booking form, you can select a maid preference from our active team. If your preferred maid is unavailable, we'll match you with another qualified professional.
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance, especially for weekends and holidays. Same-day bookings may be available depending on schedule.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may forfeit the deposit.

Services

Regular cleaning includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom sanitization, kitchen surface cleaning, trash removal, and general tidying of all rooms.
Deep cleaning is more thorough and includes baseboards, inside appliances, detailed scrubbing of grout and fixtures, and hard-to-reach areas that regular cleaning may not cover.
Yes, our maids bring all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. If you prefer specific products, let us know in the special requests.
Yes, we offer office and commercial cleaning services. Contact us for a custom quote based on your space and needs.

Payments

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure Square payment system. Cash payments for the balance are accepted upon service completion.
Yes, deposits are fully refundable if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. The deposit is applied to your total service cost.
Tipping is appreciated but not required. You can add a tip through our payment system or give cash directly to your maid.

Privacy

Absolutely. We take your privacy seriously. Your personal information is never shared with third parties and is stored securely.
Our service is completely discreet. Our maids arrive in plain vehicles and plain attire unless otherwise requested.
